Traffic light in ports
Seaport traffic lights are located at the entrance and exit of ports to provide information and guide ships to their destination.
They may indicate that:
- the port is closed
- passage is prohibited
- passage is permitted in one direction or both directions
Visible and bright equipment
This traffic light measures 680 mm wide by 800 mm high, and is only 3 mm thick (excluding visors).
Four 200 mm diameter LED lights are arranged on this aluminum plate : two red lights on the left and two green lights on the right.
Each lens contains 95 high-intensity LEDs for high visual impact. The flashing mode differs depending on the light : the red lights are steady and the green lights can be steady or flashing.
Mounting, Power supply and Control
This port traffic light is mounted using 3 rails located on its back. It is powered by 230V with a 5m cable included.
A long-range remote control is provided so you can control the light remotely. It has 4 buttons:
- button 1 : 2 steady red lights
- button 2 : 2 steady green lights
- button 3 : 2 flashing green lights
- button 4 : turn off
