Emergency exit backlit sign for tunnels

We manufacture backlit boxes for tunnels in our workshop. They consist of an aluminum box with an emergency exit sign on both sides. They are weather-resistant thanks to its IP55 rating. Our backlit boxes can be customized to suit your needs (size, symbol, etc.). The advantages of this backlit box for tunnels :

Features of this emergency exit sign

This symbol is used to indicate emergency exits to the open air, particularly in tunnels, ensuring the safety of users in the aera. It features a white pictogram of a person ready to exit, on a green background with a white border around it.

It must only be installed as a position sign and must be visible in both directions of traffic. It is located on the emergency exit door.

A visible and reliable housing

This tunnel backlit box consists of an aluminum box and LED tubes or bulbs. Access is via the front panel, which opens on stainless steel hinges.

It has an IP65 rating for protection against water and dust intrusion, and an IK09 rating for impact resistance up to 10 joules.

How to mount and power it ?

This box can be attached to the top of the housing using an adjustable bracket fixed to the wall.

It can also be attached to one side of the box, adjustable to 90°.

Power is supplied via 230V using 3 wires:

blue: phase +
red: neutral –
green: earth

The power cables are fed through holes drilled in the aluminum box by you, depending on the position of the box.
