Specially designed for tramways, the track occupancy indicator is a light-up device that provides information on the status of track sections, particularly at intersections or junctions. This is a custom-made product that meets the needs of each project and tram line. The design can be customized, and we can add the number and colors of LEDs of your choice. What is a track occupancy indicator ?

A track occupancy indicator for trams is a lighting device installed on tram lines to inform drivers (or dispatchers) about the occupancy status of track sections, particularly at intersections or junctions.

Illuminated lines represent available tracks or the position of the switch, while other segments may remain unlit.

A highly durable product

Composed of an aluminum housing and visor, as well as a clear polycarbonate lens, this product is built to last.

It also features an IP55 rating for protection against water and dust ingress and an IK09 rating for impact resistance.
